Our story

Founded in June 1997 in Orange County, California, our journey began when kettle corn was just starting to make its mark. With one truck and a single kettle, we hit the road—and it wasn’t long before we found our home in the vibrant Temecula area. Fun fact: we were the very first food vendor at the Old Town Temecula Farmers Market!

As word spread and demand grew, family and friends joined in, and our business quickly expanded. When the initial kettle corn craze slowed down, we adapted by adding fan-favorite treats like funnel cakes and fresh-squeezed lemonade to our menu.

By 2015, we were operating at over 25 events per week, including 17 farmers markets across Temecula and San Diego. These days, we’ve brought it back to our roots—just family, keeping things simple, strong, and focused on quality.

Whether it’s a fair, festival, or private celebration, you can count on us to deliver delicious food and friendly service. When you invite us to your event, you’re getting a professional, experienced team that truly cares—about our reputation, your guests’ experience, and the overall success of your event.

Pop’n Mama’s kettle corn is the best! Perfectly sweet and crunchy every time. Not too sweet, not too salty.

A food truck named 'Bitter Sweetie' is parked under illuminated tree branches decorated with hanging lights. People are gathered around in the open area, with some walking and others looking at their surroundings. The scene is set at night, creating a lively atmosphere. The food truck has a yellow exterior with lit signage and a punchy quote displayed on it. To the side, there are payment machines attached.

The funnel cakes were a hit at our party! Everyone loved them, especially the fresh squeezed lemonade. Highly recommend Pop’n Mama for any event or festival.
